Scale/Rank Survey Questions

Numeric scale survey question types accept only one response from your predetermined set of values. Some of these question types can have multiple parts (rows). Each part (row) accepts one value from your predetermined set of values.

Single Scale
This scale type question allows you to have up to 9 different values, using your text for the choices. You may need to explain the meaning of your terms. The number of choices determines the maximum scale value.
