How to Download SurveyMonkey Web Survey Data

1. At www.surveymonkey.com, log in with your user name and password.
2. Click My Surveys.
3. Click Analyze.
4. Click Export.
5. Select CSV numeric format.
6. Start the download of the zip file to your computer.
7. One zip file will be downloaded.
8. You are ready to order.

How to Download Zomerang Web Survey Data:

1. At www.zoomerang.com, login with your user name and password.
2. Click My Surveys.
3. Click Analyze Results.
4. Click Raw Data Export.
5. Select 'CSV' numeric format, Method of Delivery should be 'Download', Select 'Both' types of Responses.
6. Click Export, Download, and the Save button twice.
7. One zip file will be downloaded.
8. You are ready to order.

We need to have 2 files:

1. Your CSV (Comma Separated Values) data file and the original survey questions and choices.
2. If you prefer, you can combine these two files into a single zip file.
3. These files will be sent to us as email attachments.
4. You are ready to order.

1. Match your data files to the correct project size.
2. Enter the payment information on our secure web site.
3. Email the zip file, and a copy of your original survey questions with text choices to us. sales@wiscosurvey.com
4. We will notify you that we have received the proper payment and the two required survey files.
5. Within two business days, we will send you an email with instructions to download your converted files from a private location on our web site.
