Numeric Entry Survey Questions

These survey questions accept open ended numeric responses.

Numeric Entry
This question type is designed for a single numerical response. The maximum value that can be entered is 99,999,999 (8 digits).

Date Entry
Dates are entered using the Month/Day/Year format. Responses to each Month/Year combination will be totaled when the survey is analyzed.

Numeric Group
Up to 9 numeric responses can be included with this question type. The maximum value that can be entered for each response is 99,999,999 (8 digits). The maximum value can be restricted to a lower value when the question is entered.

Numeric Group - Huge
Up to 27 numeric responses can be included with this question type. The maximum value that can be entered for each response is 99,999,999 (8 digits).

3-Column Numeric (Matrix)
Up to 3 numbers can be entered for each of the 9 choices (rows). The maximum value that can be entered for each response is 99,999,999 (8 digits). A lower maximum value can be set when the questions are entered.

5-Column Numeric (Matrix)
Up to 5 numbers can be entered for each of the 16 choices (rows). The maximum value that can be entered for each response is 999 (3 digits). A lower maximum value can be set when the questions are entered.
